About Us

Umbrella of Help Foundation has been a dream since 2017 and never was put into writing. This dream was formulated from the business end of the company in which was established after 18 months of incarceration.

The business end of the company was designed to give employment to those who were not being hired by everyday employers, but the foundation was a thought that came from one of the customers who said, "Joe, since you are so great at finding resources for so many people and you don't even charge for the information; why not establish a foundation that will help everyone out in better ways."

So during that time period a slogan came about, "Helping those who can't help others...One family at a time." So with that being said the process has begun with first establishing a board of executive officers and directors consisting of doctors, lawyers, clergy, community leaders, real estate agents, and all walks of life. The opportunities that the foundation will open up to the community are education, healthcare, rehabilitation, counseling, homeless sheltering, soup kitchens, job placement, business etiquette, motivational programs, etc.

The foundation stands for assistance and providing excellent customer service. Our values are equality, service, respect, honesty, accuracy, responsibility, diversity, wisdom, friendliness, influence, and innovativeness. The three core beliefs that we will use to run the foundation are listening to the clients, identify their needs and preferences, and be professional and respectful with premium customer service. “Our customer satisfaction culture will start at the top, and get to it the right way.”
